By engaging Oclyra, you acknowledge our commitment to elite execution and agree to the following operational parameters.
1. Service Definition
Oclyra provides elite digital infrastructure, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI automation (Sigil) specifically engineered for practitioners in Vedic Astrology, Vastu Shastra, Tarot, Numerology, and energetic healing. We do not provide spiritual advisory services ourselves.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
The boundary of digital ownership is strictly defined as follows:
- Client Content: You retain 100% ownership over your brand, predictive content, images, and videos.
- Oclyra Systems: We retain exclusive IP rights over the Sigil AI Engine underlying code, proprietary SEO strategies, and custom-built CMS architectures.
3. Execution & Retainers
We do not operate on a public pricing model. Every partnership is governed by a bespoke Master Service Agreement (MSA) drafted after an initial Strategy Call. Our performance promises and SLA response times are strictly detailed within your individual MSA.
4. Market Exclusivity
To prevent SEO cannibalization and ensure rapid market capture, Oclyra may restrict onboarding for competing practitioners within identical Pin Codes or specialized niches. Market availability is confirmed during the audit process.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service function strictly under the jurisdiction of the laws of India, specifically within the state of Karnataka. Any dispute resolution will occur in the courts of Bangalore.
